Been doing scar therapy since week 1. Using a cream which is fine. Scar is flat but dark. Anyone know how to lighten it?

I am using a skin lightening cream. Can get one at any pharmacy. Have not seen any results yet, but just started using it about 2 days now.

Anyone think they need a revision yet? If so what would you like to fix? I am 5 weeks po and think I have a little sag under belly button , right above incision. That I would love to tighten up...at 6 months

Anybody got any suggestions on what garment to buy after the binder? Just had my 4 week Post Op and PS said wean off the binder now. I tried on a couple in penny's last nite, and not good, tough to get on, and just not good.

I bought one at Kohls and at walmart...they are basically exactly the same (the fabric feels a little different) but way cheaper at walmart....at Kohls its called the Flexees Dream Romper (#1856) at Walmart its called Sweet Nothings Simply Heaven Romper (# 83003) they are both comfortable and have hook and eye closures at the crotch so you don't have to pull them down every time you got to the bathroom

Well fortunately all of my friends have been very supportive but I only told the ones that I knew would be. Not everyone I know knows I had a tt. They just think I lost weight. If you are getting nasty comments then they aren't your true friends. Friends are supportive no matter what. On the other hand they are probably just jealous that they couldn't have it done and you will be looking better than them. No matter what they said, you did this for you, to make yourself feel better and you will. Hang in there.

Don't discuss it with the jealous ones that want what getting.......back handed comments let it go over your head and don't entertain the conversation any longer with them. Everyone isn't your friend if its being done maliciously and not out of genuine concern and fear of the inevitable. Tell them I came to you because I needed your support not you criticism, BUT THANKS ANYWAYA
