Very Apprehensive

I am a 36 year old living in Dallas/Fort Worth and I am interested in having smartlipo on my abdomen, love handles and chest. I have heard that a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended so if anybody knows any good surgeon in Dallas/Fort Worth, please let me know. I visited Dr Bill Johnson's office but he didn't even see me, rather his secretary explained the cost and the procedure to me and gave me an estimate. I am hesitant to get the procedure done by somebody who doesn't even take time to explain things to prospective clients. If anybody else has any experience with him, please let me know.
