Anywhere in the UK That Does Areola Reduction with an Incision at the Base of the Nipple?

I cannot seem to find anywhere that does a base of nipple incision for areola reduction. I din't want a scar all the way around my nipple as it is all I am having doen. I also do not need significant amounts of pigmentation removed but a small amount for aesthetic purposes. Can anyone help are am I going to have to go to America?
