Has anyone's eyebrows turned out blue?

It's been 7 years since doing this. They were first just too dark but after awhile turned very blue. I have to use brown pencil then a cover stick to go out of the house! Have done this for years now and am wondering if I have the guts to try a re-do. My hair is blonde and I wanted a med to light brown brow. Any advice for me (please!)

it sounds like black was used or at least was mixed with another colour...black will respond to laser very well..the q switched ruby laser 1064. mine had turned blue over time. ..there was black mixed with brown pigment..the ruby laser is ideal for those colours and did a great job..dont bother with colour correction as this can effect the efficacy of the laser and take a lot longer to remove...i would just go for laser..it will be simple and not take many sessions. good luck ok?
