Anybodody had a really bad cough 5 days PO and now 10 PO and getting worse?? Scared going to split open!!!

Call your doctor and see if they are able to give you a prescription cough medicine. Sounds like you need a big dose of something.

Another thing you can try is warm tea with honey and lemon, and Vick's Vapor Rub on your neck, throat and chest. Now I know this may sound very crazy but my granny use to put the vapor rub on the bottom of our feet and then put a pair of sox on for the night. Always worked like a charm and the cough would settle.
