Is all this normal? Will I ever see a difference?

I had Vaser combined with Smart Lipo don Aug 17th, 2012. It has been two weeks today. I had my abdomen, saddlebags and hip area done costing 7,500.00. I keep reading that results will show later. But my doctor mentioned that I should notice a little improvement at 2 weeks and then more and more. I don't see any improvement. In fact, my stomach feels flabbier. My doctor said it looks great at my 1 week appt. she said I still have another liter of melted fat to come out.      I feel like the garment if molding my stomach. It pushed it together and making it bunch in the middle. Will that go away? My stomach is numb. I have pain sometimes when I move certain ways in the center of my stomach. I also notice nothing at all in my hip area. She did that area from the stomach and I kind of thought she would have turned me on my side to do that like she did the saddlebag. I started feeling knots in my lower abdomen. I message it in the shower, but scared all is not going to work. I worry I sit wrong or something that causes me to push it the wrong way.    I just feel like I spent SO much money here and it no results, I will be sick about it. Anyone else felt this bad about it  at this point?
