Albany, NY Plastic Surgeon for Lipo??

Has anyone used a PS near Albany, NY? I am planning on having lipo in November and was just doing some research on my PS and he has convicted of misbranding botox back in 2004. He has only had rave reviews and everyone seems happy with his results. But I am just a little concerned. Any suggestions? THANKS!
