im having the same problem right now. are your nostrils becoming more even? when did you see it start happening if it did?

I'm having the same cocern..i did my septoplasty & rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago...i see my right nostril convex shape & bigger than the left one...Pls tell me what should i do??

I had the same issues (uneven, no notch)and here I am 11 months later - no change :(

Is there any way to speed up healing or reduce swelling ?

I have had exactly the same problem also. I'm also very concerned but think waiting months before we could have a revision is very disheartening.
