After Spending Some Time Agonising over my Bumpy Nose, I've Finally Made Some Peace with It.

I've certainly had some ups and downs about my appearance over the last couple of years and my nose has been a major issue. I would agonise in the mirror for ages at it and to me my nose was disgusting. It has taken me some time to get to where I am today. I'm finally in a place where I'm at peace with how I look- I'm not bad looking and I think I am ok with that. I just want to make a point to anyone on this site. Ask yourself, do you want to look like yourself or someone completely different?

Thanks for posting your input. You certainly are lovely.

I do think there can be a balance achieved between getting a nose (or other part of your body) refined, while maintaining the "you-ness" that makes each one of us beautiful and unique versus turning yourself into someone else entirely.

I think most folks on this site are looking for the former. Improvement, but not a total redo.
