Advice on Rhinoplasty Surgeon in Europe

Hi, I am considering rhinoplasty and trying to find a doctor who could fix my nose (pics included). It probably would be much easier if I live in US, but I am located in Russia, and would really appreciate, if anyone could help me in finding the right talented surgeon for my case somewhere closer to me, like in Europe. I am pretty flexible in terms of costs, so may be some celebrity doctor? ;) Thank you in advance

To start, you might want to check whatever legitimate board certifies plastic surgeons in Europe (or its individual countries) and get a list of surgeons. Look for someone who specializes in the nose.
