Hi sweety, my advice is not to loose weight before the surgery. If you are going to have enough fat, you will need to actually put on some pounds. I had this surgery last year, and made that mistake. I am re-having it with another doc hopefully in June, and have gained weight so that I have enough for the fg.

Hey time! I am having my BBL in a little over 2 weeks and I am going it alone also! I am planing on hiring home care nurses to help me for the first 6-7 days just because I am a baby and a bum. I looove my fam and friends but I know they wouldn't support me on this so I am not even bothering. I am from DC and flying to ATL for everything, if you would like to talk more hit me up I will send you my email!

@time, I too had no support from my family or friends in fact 3 1/2 weeks post op and non of my fam or friends know I had a bbl, I did it by myself in terms of not having my support system. However technically I did have home care nurses to help me through the first four days. You will need to hire a nurse to care for you a minimum of 48-72 hours after your sx. By day three I was moving around more and trying to be more independent. If you plan on trying to go alone without a support system than I would advise you to really do your home work on what you will need, where you will stay, the best ways to prepare your body for the procedure and being independent after your procedure. Good luck xoxooxox

Heyy girl ;D I live in Metro Detroit and you live in Chicago! Not too far from me! (Another coincidence lol) But yeah, I'll be there for you. My mom will be coming along with me to make sure everything is cool. (She's also thinking about getting a BBL but not anyy time soon) I might also be a candidate for a tummy tuck after my weight loss but I also plan on having kids in my future so I'll wait til I have my babies otherwise it would end up to be pointless for me. What kind of tummy tuck are willing to get? Mini, Regular, Extended?
