Accent XL or Thermage for non-surgical treatment of stretch marks?

Accent XL or Thermage for non-surgical treatment of stretch marks?

I am an active mom of two, but have white vertical stretch marks on my abdomen and lower back/hips. The skin looks crepey as well as localized fat deposits that won't go away! I've heard of the Accent XL and Thermage treatments. Which will be most effective in tightening the skin and reducing the appearance of the stretch marks?

Hi, Both Accent XL and Thermage should help tighten your abdomen. Stretch marks respond best to fractionated laser treatments (Fraxel restore, Fraxel repair). Good luck and be well. Dr. P
