Abdominal liposuction done 2 months back: When can I start massage and how do I get rid of lumps?

By mridu1602 on 20 Feb 2013

My doctor says i should not start massage yet. I should wait for 2 more months atleast. I feel more swollen and bloated. Please advise me on a speedy recovery

Massage Now, I started light finger massage (no more pressure than a nickel's weight) on week 2. You can definitely massage and lightly use a rolling pin to smooth. This is done really light. Tips from my 2 abdominal liposuction's: This surgery takes several months to recover. The pain is intense for weeks. I had Liposuction on my abdomen when I was 30 and had no problems. I just had it done again at 45, four weeks ago. My surgeon said I will definitely need a tummy tuck in 6 months to a year because of my age and the 4 liters of fat they removed. I did not want that. Arnica was awesome with bruising, that was better. Really light finger massage for lumps and lymph drainage. What helped my skin was drinking Jusuru 4 oz a day. I have taken it for only 3 weeks and my skin is like a 20 year olds and I just had my one month appointment with Doctor and he said I will not need a tummy tuck. Yeah! Here is a link to get Jusuru, you should take it for 3-4 months then you can cancel taking your subscription, I may keep taking it as everyone around me has been sick and I have been really healthy.
