Abdominal binders from Macys or?

My guess is just the style. We live in a small town and so it is limited with the on hand stock. Sadly... But I did find some at walmart the one like the miracle suit was Cupid Extra Firm Control tripple tummy panel I had to get XL in that brand. even with a 28" waist so they run SMALL I got style # 5365.. I wonder for you if you could go with a lighter compression. getting one thats not as tight and every few weeks or so just go lighter and lighter?? The feeling naked wouldnt be my issue ( because I WOULDNT BE lol) but the feeling like my tummy was blowing up like a balloon would be..

That is great that you found some that worked! Mine don't have seams, just one up the back. That is very strange. I know my favorite one was on sale so maybe it was a new model or version? I need to start wearing mine less, not sure how to do that yet. I try during the day but I just feel naked without them. Ugh!

ok I am returning the garment from macys. I ended up going to walmart of all things and getting 2 different ones one is a high waisted boy short looking thing. and the other looks like a high waisted girdle but the seams are smooth on the inside. so no seams to rub or push into the skin or incision line.

this is the boyshot one only the one I got is high waist that goes up to boobies. they had both. wery comphy!! the other is extra firmcontrol. not as comphy.. but They dont let you try them on in store so you have to just return them if you dont like them. I can tell you sizes ect if interested.

the one I have has 2 seaqms that run up the front of the garment. Does yours? I dont know if they ALL do or not. mine says EXTA FIRM control on it.. I dont like the seams but is that something I will get use to? It is the ONLY style my macys carries... When I took it off the seams deffinatly left indentations... And it is VERY tight Assuming it is suppose to be right?

I know I have a very short torso and am high waisted too. It is long on me but that is the fun with having a short torso :-) Everything is too long on me. I think that is why my belly stretched out so terribly after kids, they had nowhere to go but out. People asked if I was due at 6 months it was terrible! Ok the number I got in the miraclesuit brand are 2755 which I like a lot but is very very tight I had to get a large, the other one which is my favorite I got in a medium is style number 2745. It is good for it to go right up to your boobs though my doctor said if it didn't it could create a bump of swelling above the band. Good luck!

Can you post the miracle suit information here? I'm curious as well. I've seen other posts where people use the miracle suit brand but I'm not sure which one. They have so many different styles.

Of course it has to be the one they don't have :-) Did you try any of the other style numbers on in the miraclesuit brand? They are probably similar to some degree. I do have another one in a different style number I like but it is even tighter eek! Hope your healing is going well! I just started the silicone scar healing strips today I will update in a week as to how it is going.

ok I did go get the belly wrap from Macys and I didnt see the number you recomended. But I asked and they will order it. I will be going back in to check it out

Go by what your doctor says but my doctor wanted me in a compression garment(spanx) I got at Macy's after week two. Spanx brand works very good but go with the smaller size they run bigger.I didn't use the binder they gave me after that point at all unless I was very swollen I would use it and the spanx. The binder they recommended me get after the 2 weeks was miraclesuit. Love it, my favorite binder!! Highly recommended!!!
