Am I a good candidate for liposuction?

I am 22 years old, 5'5 and 128 lbs. I am extremely self-conscious about my outer thighs. to me they seem very out of proportion. Does this fat distribution look like I would be a good liposuction candidate? I am otherwise a very healthy person.

Liposuction isn't designed to get rid of cellulite and wouldn't be very effective for this use. There is something called Cellulaze, which seems to have a 94% worth it rating from the people that have had it done.
