58 y/old male, upper and lower bleph with bi lateral canthoplasty

So, i am almost 5 weeks post surgery. Need  advice to how to help internal stitches dissolve, i am using fml ointment topically. In addition, slight edema causing left lower eyelid to droop. Any advice on drops which will reduce edema? Also, have hard scar tissue on outside of eye from canth. Any advice on helping bumps heal..... I am the nervous type so please tell me all your tricks that helped overall healing and helped improve your mental outlook. I didnt know these procedures were so mentally taxing. It really broke me down and I am a positive person..... I almost feel like i want my old eyes back and regret the procedure....Help !!!!!!
