500cc would b ok?

i had 325cc moderate pluss 3 years ago n im now a 34c med n wanna replace it for 500cc would that give me a full D?

It totally depends on your frame and build. Have you been examined by a board certified plastic surgeon? He or she should be able to give you some idea of what size to choose.
