i am 37 and a size 36 dd or larger and i have medicare

i just had a mri and it shows that my thoratic spine is beginning to curve in and my shoulder blades really hurt. I'm 5'3 and 145 lbs and my breast also hurt daily. will medicare pay for a reduction in your opinion???
