32c or 34b vs bra size, what size of saline implants should i get?

Hi, I'm 115 pounds, 5'3", asian, wear 32c or 34b push up bras from victoria secret, my rib cage bones under the breasts are a little on the high up side, so even my boob size is not that small but they look flat with cloth on. I'm considering going to Duet Plastic Surgery center in Palo Alto, CA, it's runned by two female doctors from Stanford. I'm not sure about what size of saline implants to get, any suggestions?
