Anyone have this frustration between choosing these 2 implants?? I'm going through this right now.. my surgery is next Thursday, and I"m still jumping between these two... If only I knew how the results would look ...

I just posted before and after pics on my profile if you ladies want to check out 350cc silicone unders. I'm so glad i went with the 350cc over 325cc. They have already shrunk down in size slightly 2 weeks post-op and after they drop completely will look and feel totally natural for my 5'4" 108lbs! I am not wearing a bra or binder as my PS wants them to drop naturally into place. I also push them down into place 3x day.

I am so glad I went with my plastic surgeons recommendation of 350cc!

I was 34A pre-op and am now 34C post-op.

I just went to my consultation yesterday and, I too, am torn between 325 and 350, I am 32,5'2 and 122 lbs. I have two small children and don't want fake porn star boobs. Dr said 350 but I am afraid it is too big. I was a 34 C and now I am like a 34 B with a little sag... I am glad you chose right. Any advice how to to just pick and be done with it???
I am glad you are recovering well!!!!

I am doing well 1 week post op. I am very happy with the 350cc. They are high and perky now but once they settle into place will look very natural. . I'm still a bit sore, especially after sleeping but once I massage them and am moving about, they feel much better. Only taking ibuprofen every so often. It's only been a week but they are definitely starting to soften!

TornOnSize - when is your surgery?

TornOnSize- I just had my surgery a week ago. I'm 5'4" 110 lbs. choose silicone gel under the muscle. I was 34A. II too was debating between 325cc and 350cc. 25cc is really not that much of a difference ~ 1 ounce! My surgeon recommended bigger and I know many women wish they had gone bigger so I went with 350cc. Hope this helps!

Hi! Thanks for your response! How are you feeling? :)

It does help! Thank you! The girls in my surgeon's office did tell me that once the implant are in that they'll look a tad smaller than the sizers appear. If that's the case than I imagine they will closer to how the 325 sizers look on me and I'd be good with that! lol More people than not have said when it doubt, go larger. I know 25 cc's is nothing to lose sleep over but I just feel can make that much difference one or another. Either that or I'm overly obsessing. Haha.

Thanks again! :)

I am in the same boat, you can see my post below, what did you choose?

Hi! I'm not sure if you get notification when someone posts on this. But seeing that you had surgery in Sept I'm wondering what you decided to go with and if you are happy with your decision?

I am going through the same decision right now and am completely frustrated! I know there's not much of a difference between the 2 cc sizes (325 & 350, just like you), but I worry about it being enough of a difference. Like will tops fit me a little better in the 325's, but will 325 be big enough? I don't want to be over the top "fake" looking either. I am 5'5", 120 lbs. I'm a 34 B/32 C right now - had a baby 7 years ago and lost about 30 lbs a year ago. Boobs have deflated from a DD over the past couple years and are sad & saggy now, lol.

I hope you get this message! Would love to know what you decided!

Are you going with saline or silicone?  Honestly there isn't much of a difference between the two sizes.  You can take a look on our site and see if you can find someone that is built similiar to you?

I think that should help you decide. :)  My friend wished she would have gone larger.....

Have a good day, I am excited for you.  Feel free to post photos and a review of your doctor if you'd like, you can stay anonymous.

Ok well you are just like her.  What size are you right now?!!!

dina84 14 Sep 2011
I'm probably an AA OR A CUP
KateH (Community Manager) 13 Sep 2011

She's about 5'2 or so?  She's not very tall at all and has bigger hipps.  How tall are you?

dina84 13 Sep 2011
I'm about 5'4.. I got wide hips too!! Not much of a butt tho lol.. Arghh.. My surgery's in 2 days ...

GO FOR THE 350CC.  That's my advice.  Honestly there really isn't much of a difference between the two but I would say to be safe, choose the 350cc.  What size are you right now?  I think 80 to 100cc's is where you can see a signifcant difference.  My friend got 350cc's and she was a 34a-34b in between.  She is a big C now and it's not really obvious that she has implants.

How tall is your friend?

That's a hard decision. A lot depends on if you're going under or over the muscle (under can sometimes make the implants look a little smaller I've heard). Here's some information on choosing the right size for you. Good luck and please start a review to let us know what you decide to go with!
