32 year-old male in NYC. Who to go to?

I'm a 32 year-old male (physician). Im pretty athletic but have some stubborn fat around my lower abs, and in my love handle regions. Would love some feedback from others about who would be considered a liposuction guru in nyc. It would be an additional bonus if they do minimally invasive surgery, not requiring general anesthesia.
