300cc breast implants big enough for a small frame to be a C/D cup?

I am 5'6.5, 115 ibs, and have a very thin frame, I am currently a small 34b, my dr. Recommended 300ccs silicone high profile implants over the muscle, I want to be a full c at least and would be extatic with a small d, will 300ccs get me anywhere close to where I want to be? Will surgery be worth it? And what is the difference between high profile and moderate? Thanks:)

Are 325/350 cc silicone unders too big? I am a small A on the left and a AA on the right (scoliotic deformity adds to this). Two PS's recommended 325cc on the L, and 350 on the right (high profile silicone retropectoral). I am 114 lbs, 5'5. I am small framed, but have hips, not big, just present... Does this size sound like the right ballpark or should I go 275/300?

Not a doctor, I have my surgery this Saturday and I hve similar stats except I am going over the muscle, I will let you know how 300cc's or whatever my dr. Finally decides to go with turns out.

I went with 325 cc's and it's been two weeks, I am happy but I feel as though I could have gone bigger, I am a 32 dd at this point and he says my body recovered very well, and I had little swelling to begin with, with that being said a 32 dd isn't as big as it sounds, i am still happy I had the surgery and maybe I will be happier once I have more feeling in my actual breasts again, it seems like it's been forever, since I have felt anything, but it's getting better and like I said it's only been two weeks and two days....

I am having a hard time deciding between 300 or 325cc silicone implants. My doctor recommended that i go for the 325cc high profile silcone implant under the muscle. I am currently a 34A and only want to be a C. I chest wall measures at 17 1/2 inches and i measure 19 from my collar bone to my areola. I really like the way the 300's look but have been told that the 325 will end up going down to 300. I am soo confused and do not want to look so fake. Please help me decide!

I was a 32A and I got 390CC's. As of right now I am a 32D sometimes 32C (depends on the brand). Even though I went with 390's they do not look fake at all, they look big, but not fake. I wanted them to look extremely natural. And my doctor achieved that. 300's or 325's I don't think will look fake. I am not sure what you body frame is like. I am very thin framed (about 100pounds). Like everyone says its better to go with the bigger size. I also went under the muscle. Hope this helps.

It's been three weeks since my surgery I went with 325 ccs and I wish I would have gone a tad bigger, the best advice I can give is not to look at cup size and do alot of research google before and after pics with girls that have similar stats and you will find that even if they all have the same stats, and even have breasts that look like yours, and they go with all the same volume, they all have a different cup size, find the look you want, and I would also like to add that a large percentage of women wish they would have a little bigger. Three weeks post surgery I am 32dd, 34 d, but it's not as big as it sounds, when I think d or dd at that I think Pamela Anderson, but I look nowhere near that big, by the look of my breast you would think c, but they are actually bigger in cup size, which was suprising. Going into it a c was what I was hoping for but I am glad that I am a bigger cupsize.

Hi hope your ok, I know it's an old post but was wondering how your boobs are now months after op, I am having a BA in april and was going to go for 325 teardrop silicone implants, I am a 34b and about 9st 6ilbs and 5ft 4in, now decided to gO for round ones, surgeon doing over muscle, just not sure if to go a little bigger, I want them to look natural and not stuck on, how do you feel yours

Hi,im gona have implants may 5th n i cant decide what size to go 300cc or 325cc.Im a small b rite now n i want to be a full c.Im scared ending up to bid.what do u recomend?

I was a small b as well and with 325 ccs moderate profile above the muscle, 6 weeks post op I am a d but I look like a large c not a d, but that's what I was measured at Victorias secret, if I could do it again, I would have gone a little bit bigger, like 350, I was super happy 2weeks post op because, I was larger, now that the swelling has gone down, I am a little dissatisfied considering how much money I spent. I would error on the side of goi f with a size a little larger than you think will look good. Unless your dr does a 3d imaging, the sizers aren't that accurate, to spare yourself from being dissapointed I would go a little bigger.

Im glad i read this im 5'2 and 103 pounds i have a natural small c cup and my PS suggested i go 345 cc.. He said they shrink about 10% once placed under the muscle.. But i was still worried they may be too big.. But sounds like they will be perfect... Thanks

I'm at 2wks and happy with my size too. When did you start to notice that the swelling went down? Is it normal that under my breast is a little bit numb.

hello everyone, on 25th september i am having my op.i am 5"1 32c and 8 stone,i am having over the muscle 355cc,high profile ,what size do you think i will end up?if anyone has over the mucsles please tell me ,are you happy with your choice?my doc is the one that wants to do overs.he said we can talk more on the day of surgery,and change to under the mucsles if thats what i want.i am so confussed,and scared.i dont have the money to go back if i make the wrong choice....

I went over the mus le as well and I am very happy, what size do you want to be? I was a 32 b, 5'7 and 115 ibs and had 325 silicone high profile over the muscle and I am now a 32'dd. Most doctors say they would like to go over the muscle if they can because cutting the muscle Isnt preffered if they don't need to. My doctor said that he only does under the muscle if the breasts are so small that implants would be very noticable. I love the results I am 6 months out now and I am very happy with my descion. I am 5/4, 117 lbs, full a/ small b - deflated from pregnancy/ bottom heavy/ no tissue at top. I went to 3 very good surgeons and 2 stated 300 ccs silicone, moderate profile, memory gel to bring me to a large b. I do not want to look like a C cup, just a large natural B. The surgeon I thought was best thinks that I should go with a 350-375 cc silicone moderate profile, memory gel implant to get this size. This sounds like a big difference. He said that 300ccs would be too small. Help!

I went to the Plastic Surgeon and he reproted that he beleives I should go with 390 CC's to achieve a Full C. I feel like this is rather large since I am so skinny. I just called him and said I am going to 375CC. I still feel this is too big. According to everyone's post their doctors are saying to go between 300 - 325. I am so confused. Any advice to achieve a 32 FULL C CUP?

I would definently not go that big, I would go 300 or 325 cc's, even that would put you up there, but seriously read my previous post, it worked like a charm. Google before and after pics of BA there are sites that give the patients stats, find some that are very close to yours with the dame size / shape as yours and judge what they went with to see if they are a good size for there body.

i am four days in from surgery. i went with a 325cc (32A to ?) wished i would have gone uo to a 350cc because they definately look and feel smaller than they should. :(

stats are 5'6" 125lbs. aa/b cup. went uder the muscle, which is best for a more natural look.

My surgeon says it better to go small than go bigger because in the long run you can go better but NEVER go back smaller. He does have a good point. Just my 2 cents.

I'm 5'3, 125pds and a small B. I'm went in for my consultation today and the doc said the BIGGEST i can go is 325cc , i loved the 375's but he said my body is not build for them. The assistant said that 325 will be a BIG B to SMALL C. Well i'm looking for a large C to small D. Is 325cc really a b/c size?

you should listen to your surgeon he knows what is best for you since this is what he does. In my case, I had a choice to choose from two sizes and I dont want to go too big. At your height that's a good size for you. 325 cc is a b/c size
