300cc breast implants big enough for a small frame to be a C/D cup?

I am 5'6.5, 115 ibs, and have a very thin frame, I am currently a small 34b, my dr. Recommended 300ccs silicone high profile implants over the muscle, I want to be a full c at least and would be extatic with a small d, will 300ccs get me anywhere close to where I want to be? Will surgery be worth it? And what is the difference between high profile and moderate? Thanks:)

Hi I am looking for some advice, I am 25 5' 4" weight 125 i had my BA on may 6 2013 300cc saline under the muscle. I wanted to go with a natuaral full C maybe small D. pre op I was a 34 b and my PS said recommended that size. I'm a week out of surgery and now I'm regretting not doing 325 or 350 bc I feel that i look to small or will they look bigger after they settle. They are still very high

I think 300cc will look great once they settle. They won't be "bam in your face" but they will look full and natural... I regret going 300 and want a redo ASAP. I wish I went bigger --- hopefully you are happier with your results!

I had 300cc saline unders done on 3-26-13 and I am more than happy at how they have dropped and settled!!!! They were really high up at first but now they are perfect and look so natural. I am a 34D 34DD in vicyoria secret . Started out as a 34B. I think that everyone wishes they would of went bigger , I do at times. But 98% of the time I can very content. They fit my small frame

I am 31, I am 5 foot 9 and 145 pounds. I got 550 cc under the muscle saline implants 3 months ago. They are moderate profile, so they are wider and super natural looking. They measure out to a D cup. I love them! I struggled with size for a long time. Trust what you PS sais and go with the larger size out of the last 2 when it is decision time. You will not regret it.

Hi, I'm 5'9 120lbs had a 34b preop and had my aug yesterday. I had 300cc silicone round unders and am hoping to reach d. My surgeon didn't go with any bigger bc he said once he made the pocket in my muscle that there simply wasn't room. :( really hoping I'll reach d. Any thoughts?

Hi. I am 5"1 and 115 lbs. I had reconstruction. I had 337cc I am a 34D. I think based on your pre-op size you will be a D too and it will look natural as well. I don't look like BANG there she is lol. Also I have heard that under the muscle has a more desirable outcome

Hiii I need help! I am a 34B right now but I want to be a large C cup Small D cup. I am 5'2 and 105lbs. My PS recommended 300cc but after reading some of these I need some imput. Also I am not sure whether to go above or under the muscle... Please help!

Hi! I definitely recommend under the muscle. Everyone I know who had overs has had to have corrections or just simply wasn't too happy. They are not as natural looking. Considering your size I would say 300 might be a bit too big for what you want. My girlfriend is 5'2 and about your weight and she was 32b preop. She got 300cc silicone smooth round unders and is a 32DDD or F depending on the bra,. My other gf has your stats and went with 275 silicone unders and she's a small D. Hope that helps!

Do whatever your heart is telling you. I went with 300cc after my dr suggested 350! And I am currently a 34DD. Started out as a 34B. 5'3 125 pounds

My PC recommended to go between 300 cc to 400cc.I am 5'5 and 109.Same problem as yours.What did you do.Help

I had saline implants in 2008. I am 5'7, 105lbs and my breasts were 32-34A. My implants are both 375cc and I wear 32-34D. I was told after surgery that I was a C, but after a trip to Victoria Secret I learned that I can wear a D cup. I am happy with my results. I don't think my breasts are too big for my body. Sometimes I feel strange in a bikini because I do look "top heavy" in bathing suits, but normal clothes don't make me feel that way. In fact, most people at work don't even know I have boobs because I wear scrubs! Listen to your doctor. :)

Hey, I'm 5"2 and 103lbs I was a small c cup. Now a d cup, I had 345cc high profile almost a year ago mine look very natural . Remember if you are going under the muscle they will look about 10% smaller.. Best of luck

Im in serious need of advice. I'm 5'2 weigh 115 lbs I had cancer breast and kidney and am currently an A small B at most. I want a full C. The surgeon said 300cc but I didn't think it looked like a C of course it's hard to tell. I called today to tell them I want a 325 or 350. The posts I've read said they shrink. I don't want unnatural but I also don't want to be smaller. I know they can redo if need be, and I'm not being rude when I say this just nervous. But for the $ it's costing shouldn't I have what I want. I don't know what to do. Please please help. My surgery is the 8th of aug. today is the 6th. I mean they can cancel the order right? Im willing to Pay For expedited shipping if need be. What would u do if u were me.? This is more complicated then I thought thanks

Hi, I had 330cc extra high profile silicone unders. I am 5ft 4 and weigh 100lb. I had my BA done on May 11th 2012. I got measured today, (by an expert in bra fittings) obviously it's still quite early, but the outcome was I am measuring 30 E, the lady that did my fitting said that I could do with wearing a 28 band and F cup but my incisions are still quite tender and I didn't want the band sitting on them. I hope this helps.

Hello Confused975, I had surgery this month, this is my 5th time... I'm 5 foot tall 97 pounds, and I have had 400 cc's 500cc's and 325 cc's the 400 and 500 was the work of a Dr who apparently likes big breast, they look fake and it was so hard to find clothes that fit. as I am a size 0 or 00 there was NOTHING that fit me on the top unless it was a 4 or medium tops which swallowed me. I just had to have a revision, and decided to go with 300cc's I developed scar tissue on my left breast, and the dr went and cleaned it out, and replaced the 325 for 300 which is Nothing when it comes to size, BUT I loved my 325 cc's. help im going for pre op im 5'0 gained wt 140 pds now trying to lose wt my ps says i have a great platform 34" i guess b my question is 300 or 325 mod saline, i want it to be worth it but i have always been very natural but have wanted boobs for a long time....dont want to be too big but im afraid to be too small,,, my breasts are more circular than pointed now... the cc is the question ... help

i have just had 325cc silicone and i'm affraid there going to look too small when the swelling goes down, i'm 5'6 and a size 8-10 i don't want to look too big anyway but i'm hoping for a d cup anyone got any advice?? x

Yes I am very happy with the moderate, they have a wider more natural look than the high profile which looks more like a perfect circle flat on one side obviously. I still love my new BOOBs!!!!!:)

Well profile is the shape outward that shows, if your chest has a small amount of breast tissue you may want high profile -which makes them less pancake looking and a little more natural breast shaped, moderate is exactly that a moderate profile of the high "cotton pointy bra", in the begining my surgeon suggested high profile and after surgery he told me that he changed his mind once he seen them in place and gave me moderate profile gel. As far as the dropping goes I was thinking it was going to be alot more substantual....it has been almost two years now since my BA, I will see my doctor in 8weeks for my 2 year check up, maybe he will have more answers for me as far as when this will take place:) good luck!!!
