Hi Everyone, I'm new here and learning alot. I'm a 30 y/o mommy to 3 children. I breastfed all 3 for one year. I was a small perky A cup prior to children, and my small breasts were never a concern. Obviously all that nursing did a number on them. They're now sagging and don't have much breast tissue. Still a small A cup, just not nearly attractive. This is something I want to do for me, I want them to look good again. I'm 5'6" and about 115 pounds. I'm very thin in my torso. I just want to be a nice perky B cup. My PS is suggesting a lift with aug. We have settled on Sientra gummy bears, probably textured oval because I want a natural tear drop look. Due to my chest cavity width and body type, he's looking at 210 or possibly 240. He said he wasn't sure if a 240 would be too wide or not and probably would be a surgery time decision when he can see it with the sizers. I'm mainly concerned that with only 210 I'll one day be frustrated because I went through the whole procedure and paid alot of money to only wind up with a A or small B cup. I don't want to be disappointed with the results, even though I'm not looking for a large breast, I still want a nice full B. With not much to work with now and placing 210 under the muscle, what do you folks think? I know cup sizes are hard to predict, but what do you guys think? Should I push harder for a 240?
