Can a 16 year old have Smart Lipo performed?

I have a 16 yr old daughter (17 soon), no matter how much weight she looses her love handles remain the same. Can she have smartlipo performed with parental consent?

Thanks for your question, 8201anon. There aren't any legal limitations to doing Smart Lipo at age 16, but you may encounter doctors who would prefer to wait until your daughter is finished growing (usually 18-21). Have you had any surgical consultations since you posted this question?
