16 days po questions

I've been reading a lot of the posts here over the last week but this is my first post. I wish I would have found this site before my procedure. I had tt and implant exchange 16 days ago. Does anyone else have a 'hard' stomach? I also have a lot of movement in my tummy, kind of feels like gas moving around or like it did feeling a baby move for the first time. Does this seem to be normal? I can't stand up straight yet, probably more because I'm afraid to. The compression garment my PS gave me is SO tight up around the top elastic band, I am much more comfortable in a spanx type garment. I go to the dr tomorrow so will find out more about what I can do and can't do.
