14 days post op---Swelling & sleepless nights. Can anyone else relate? How much longer will this last? Any tips?

I am 14 days post op from a full tummy tuck and lipo, got my drains out at 10 days post op and the last 2 days have been swelling more than "normal" (whatever that is these days). I originally thought it was because I ate high in sodium dinner the night before last but i'm still swelling!!! I have been drinking tons of water with lemon. It helps a little...ugh. Also, night time is becoming a dreaded part of my day anymore. I can sleep a couple hours at a time propped us a little with pillows, on my back with a pillow under my knees. I am up every couple of hours :( Can anyone relate? Any tips? When can I expect this portion of the healing to subside.....any and all suggestions welcome...thanks ladies!
