Dr. Marcus treated me with exceptional quality and care. He became very accessible to reach and after the surgery when I developed a small infection, Dr. Marcus took charge of the situation immediately and the matter was resolved quickly.

He is everything a patient could ask for in a surgeon. Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, honest, and skilled. All follow up appointments have been covered by the original cost as well. I scheduled my appointment shortly after meeting with Dr. Marcus. I know he is very busy, but he ALWAYS took the time to answer any questions I had. You will feel like you are his only patient. I really cannot say enough good things about him and my surgery experience.

Dr. M is professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I am a very strong individual, but this year I have also experienced great vulnerability. Dr. M has been appropriately responsive to both. I must have had a million questions, to which, he answered all of them. I couldn't ask for anything more in a surgeon!

I recently talked to "patient relations" to see if another Dr. from this facility could look at the problem and fix it. I was sent a letter that more or less said too bad, if you want it fixed, pay for it yourself. So, if you need any surgery on your face and want it to look natural, please find a surgeon who will stand behind his work or send you to a Dr. that will correct his work. I understand mistakes can be made, but they should also be corrected.

He was very personable and he made the experience better and satisfying than anyone else could. He showed true concern and you can tell he actually cared about you. When I went to UW Transformations, I felt a sense of indescribable relieve! Dr. Marcus brought me to the realization that the plastic surgery is a very sought after business and there were everyday people like me that had rhinoplasty procedures done. He did a great job at making me feel comfortable and less guilty about my decision. I defiantly would recommend Dr. Marcus to handle your case... he even allowed my favorite singer, Michael Jackson to be playing while of was going to sleep! My happiness defiantly exceeds my expectations. And to anyone that feels embarrassed or vein about consulting with someone, it's comforting to know that this is their job, and they will never judge you.

He is highly qualified and his surgical skills are top-notch and cutting edge. I would ask him questions about some new procedure I read about and he always was able to tell me about it, the research and data on it, the pros and cons and whether he thought I would benefit from it. I chose him for his skills and answers to my questions, but to my good fortune, it was his bedside manner that puts him above the rest. He is kind and caring and treated me as if I was his only patient. He patiently took the time to answer ALL my questions ( which probably numbered 100s) and never made me feel rushed. Actually, during consults if I got concerned I was taking too much time asking too many questions, he told me several times "I'm not in any hurry-ask all your questions" He genuinely wants to make you happy with the results. This isn't lip service- he goes above and beyond. Offering to come in on weekends to perform services to speed healing, emailing weeks later to see how I'm doing, promptly answering e-mail questions and offering tweeks or minor revisions to get it just right. It really gave me a sense of security and calm to feel that he would address any concerns I had. I've never had personal attention like this from any Dr. I am very happy with my results and my surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr Marcus to family and friends or anyone. If I need to, I will use him again in the future! Definitely One of the Best in The Midwest!!

Dr. Marcus has wonderful bedside manner. He was readily available to answer questions as well, which spoke volumes. I wasn't too pleased with the staff following my procedure when I had an infection and Dr. Marcus was out, however, Dr. Marcus was always very caring and tentative. Wait times for appointments were great before procedure but usually quite long (20-60 min.) for follow ups. Having worked with another plastic surgeon for over a year, Dr. Marcus seemed most competent, caring, and experienced, leading me to choose him. It was a fantastic decision. I also had some functional issues with my nose that Dr. Marcus fixed. He was very patient with me, answered my questions, and all of the staff made me feel safe, which was one of the most important things to me. I would highly recommend him, whether it's for cosmetic or functional purposes. I spoke to several surgeons but no one made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Marcus, which is why I chose him. Further, the clinic was fully staffed and equipped should anything go wrong, which it didn't. Overall, though, I'm very pleased and happy I went through with the procedure with Dr. Marcus.

Facelift

I chose after Dr. Marcus by reviewing his education, his affiliation with a top U.S. hospital, the fact that he does research and teaches. I read his research articles. I had a free consultation with him. I did pay for other consultations but after careful consideration, I went with Dr. Marcus. I also toured their surgical facility. I am an R.N. and have worked in operating rooms. I felt that the anesthiogists were top notch and that is important. Some plastic surgeons rely only on a nurse and themselves during the surgery. I did not feel comfortable with that situation. I was able to e-mail Dr. Marcus and he always responded to my questions. I want to thank everyone from office staff to nurses to Dr.Marcus. They are professional and personable at the same time. I gave five stars to all the categories above because that is just what this experience was and is ( I am still going back as Dr. Marcus requests this, and I think that is so great). He is a skilled and caring doctor. I would love to post a picture but I cannot get this website to do this.

He cares about patient comfort and the outcome. He is by far one of the most talented Dr.'s and I always have a beautiful result!! He is truly gifted!
