Breast Reconstruction

Dr. V did immediate reconstruction during my bilateral mastectomy in August 2010. I had expanders, then implants were placed in April 2011. Dr. V has done a great job! I am very happy with the results and very happy with Dr. V's caring and skill. She is very responsive when I have questions, and explains everything!

After learning I had Stage 1 breast cancer, one of the meetings my husband and I had was with Dr. V. From the beginning, she was comforting, informative, assuring and genuinely caring in her time and explanations of her role in my journey. I had a unilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction by Dr. V. Her work was fabulous. Due to several treatment difficulties, Dr V was unable to complete my reconstruction with the first expander. I recently had a second surgery to replace the expander that had broken down from being in so long. Dr. V somehow improved on her earlier work and I am now looking forward to even more fabulous results. Dr V not only has done excellent work, but has helped me grow through her words of encouragement and kind, caring ways. I strongly encourage any woman dealing with the difficult decisions dealing with breast cancer to seek out Dr. Vaniver. You will not regret the choice.

Breast Reconstruction

After my surgery she in check on me, and made sure I was treated very good. Asked if I had any questions, and answer them all. Great care and after the surgery she has this special serum you apply to get rid of scar tissue, so cool. ( it really works) Her staff treated me like I was family and I felt so welcome to be there. Waiting times was so prompt. I will use her again in the future and I tell my friends how Great of a Job She does!!!!!!
