Connected with my beautiful new breast, inner and outer thigh liposculpture and a brazilian butt lift I will forever have a peaceful memory of the experience. He and his entire staff are very respectful and treat each person as an individual. (My mom has had a consult with him too). He puts value on making sure that he understands the persons concerns and wishes, and is then honest about what he recommends be done to get the best results. Like magic, he and his skillful team create a better looking you. I am a 46 year old mother of 3. I am 5'6" 127lbs and I have never looked better! Follow the resting advice. "Dr. S performed a mommy-makeover (tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift and slight reduction) for me in January 2011, and the transformation from "before" to "after" is nothing less than amazing. My once saggy, baggy abdomen is now wonderfully flat and tight and my uneven heavy breasts are now perfectly lifted and symmetrical. In fact, they haven’t looked this good since I was a teenager. “Look No Further - Dr. S is Your Doctor - Seattle, WA”
"This is a long review – but I think it’s worth it. What I’m going to tell you about Dr. S is not unlike all the other reviews you’ve read of him here and elsewhere online. What I can guarantee you is that he is all that and more. His dedication to his patients and ability to connect and truly listen is unrivaled, and something so rare in the medical field. I am less than two weeks post-op from my Mommy Makeover and absolutely cannot believe the results I already see and how great I feel.
After thinking about it for five years and over a year of actual research on the procedure and the many doctors that perform it, I traveled from Montana to have Dr. S perform my Mommy Makeover - abdominoplasty, breast lift and augmentation. I am a 35-year-old mother of two amazing little girls. Like so many women I know and have read about in my ongoing research to get to this point, my body changed dramatically after having my girls. I met with other doctors in Seattle, Salt Lake City, Denver and Los Angeles and not once felt as comfortable and confident as I did in the first five minutes of meeting Dr. S. After meeting with him in September and deciding on a late January surgery date (to get through the holidays), I had plenty of time to think about the procedures I was having and ask he and his staff a multitude of questions. Dr. S always returned my calls and emails personally. This fact just added to the confidence I felt in him from moment one.
My husband and I arrived in Seattle the evening before my surgery, and while walking to baggage claim received the message that Dr. S’s wife was in labor! Even with this huge event in his family’s life, Dr. S did not want to cancel my surgery – he got his team together and had my surgery bright and early on a Saturday morning, after the safe arrival of he and his wife’s new baby. Even after my husband and I insisted that it was no problem what so ever to come back another time, Dr. S’s dedication to his patients and his practice shown through. I think it speaks volumes about this doctor that he was able to even assemble his team to come in on a Saturday. And speaking of his team - from the staff in the front office to the nurses and anesthesiologist, I truly felt like I was priority one every time we met. They all went above and beyond to make comfortable every step of the way.
I am sure there are many skilled doctors that can provide tremendous transformations and results. It is the “human” connection that I believe is missing in today’s medical practice. Have you ever walked into a doctor’s office and felt like “patient X”? We, in fact, trust all that is sacred to perfect strangers. Our entire humanity including our dignity, vulnerability, and life is in their hands. Wouldn’t it be nice to connect to a doctor that cares for you as he would his own? Well I am thrilled to say that true humanity exists in Dr Salemy. He is so passionate about his patients well being that it is not unusual for him to call you in between surgeries, on his way home from work, or headed out to the grocery store to answer your questions or just check in. I have never had a doctor treat me more like family and less like “the patient”. Do not hesitate to book your procedure with Dr. S. I cannot recommend him enough."

Dr. S is the genuine article, very easy to talk to, sincere, straightforward, positive, kind, humble but confident.
Of significance for me was his focus on providing me with results that looked natural. I love the results and am going back for body work in a couple of months. I compared him to another surgeon for price and technique when I accompanied a friend through the process with another Seattle doctor and found that techniques can vary with some doctors clinging to older techniqes and others continuing to learn new ones. Dr. S used techniques that provided less down time, no negative outcomes long term, and were less invasive but just and sometimes more effective. His prices are competitive for the Seattle area but lower than expected considering the quality of his work."

"I am happy with the results of my liposuction(upper and lower abdomen) with fat transfer to buttocks.
I wanted a rounder, fuller buttocks. There is a noticeable improvement of shape and fullness.
I still have swelling and some bruising, but much less than I anticipated. The first 8 hours the most painful. After that, stiffness and soreness are the best description of my discomfort. Dr. Salemy prepared me for what I would likely feel and see during recovery. So I was not alarmed with anything. His staff is nice and Reyne is a wonderful recovery nurse!"

"When I walked into Dr. Salemy's office, I felt like Rosie O'Donnell's character on Nip/Tuck. Here were all of these beautiful girls in the office and I was dumpy and had a bunch of sloppy skin I wanted removed. Something I'd dreamed about for 27 years. I told myself, if they make me feel bad in the least, I am leaving and I'm never coming back. But it wasn't like that at all. I could not BELIEVE how wonderful everyone was to me. Not once did any of them make me feel "less than" for the way I'd let my body get.
Dr. Salemy and his staff were positive, warm, kind, truly caring and supportive. And believe me, making that consultation appointment was the hardest part for me.I had known for 27 years what I wanted. After a bad car accident and then having a child, I had very loose and ugly skin. Clothes didn't fit me right and no matter how much weight I lost, I never felt like I could tuck my shirt in or look good in my clothes.
So, I did the research to find a Board Certified physician from an excellent medical school who had great references. And then I went to see Dr. Salemy. The friendliness and warmth got me in for a consultation, but it was Dr. Salemy's knowledge, confidence and frankness that made me sure I was doing the right thing for me. He answered my questions thoroughly and in detail so that I was comfortable and I knew what to expect. He answered questions I didn't even know to have yet.
When I wanted more done than I needed, he also told me what I DIDN'T need to have done - and explained why I didn't need it - saving me money on a procedure that wasn't necessary to get the results I wanted.
The aftercare has been amazing. I have a real problem with anesthesia usually and I let Dr. Salemy know that. When I woke up from surgery, I had NO nausea. I was stunned by that. Every step of the way through recovery, I have felt supported and confident. I have felt in really good hands throughout.
I'm only 3 weeks beyond surgery right now but the healing has been exceptional. I so love the results. I've been shopping for new clothes and wearing things I wouldn't have worn in the last 27 years and it feels so liberating. So good. And every time I go see Dr. Salemy, it feels like he's celebrating with me. I really, really like him and appreciate him and if you were my daughter or my best friend, I'd tell you - go to him. You will be so glad you did."

“Natural Breast Augmentation with an Amazing Dr. - Seattle, WA”
"I recommend Dr. S because the entire experience (results, pre-op info, follow up) has been better than I could have imagined. My consultation was a little nerve racking at first, but Dr. S sensed immediately my nervousness and quickly made me feel at ease. He not only educates and explains the process, risks, and procedure but listens!
Dr. S's sincerity extends beyond being honest; he reminds me of doctors I've had my whole life, who remember the personal details that distinguish you from the other patients. The surgery itself went well - the nurses and anesthesiologist were incredibly friendly (and funny!)
Any time I've had any questions I have been offered a next day appointment to quell my concerns and if I don't accept the offer then I immediately receive a phone call from Dr. S to address my questions or concerns. It's clear that the after care isn't just the standard appointment system but Dr. Salemy leaves an open door for any future concerns.
My results are amazing and actually look even better than my before/after photos. Incredibly natural, proportionate, well placed and soft! I still recognize my cleavage line but now it's the size I dreamed of.
The only people I wouldn't recommend to Dr. S are people who want showy, unnatural "plastic" surgery. If you want detail-oriented, compassionate, professional care with a beautiful results then I strongly recommend Dr. S."

No words can adequately describe the joy and wonder I feel when I look at how he has sculpted and fixed me. I'm beautiful and it is Dr. S who has made feel this way. His staff are easy going and really put you at ease, making anxiety disappear. The anethesiologist was wonderful & I woke up in great spirits in recovery. It was after ‘interviewing’ with many surgeons and getting many opinions that really made it obvious to me how different Surgeons can be, I know now more than ever how important it is to get 2nd, 3rd and in my case several opinions. Some very prestigious surgeons in the Puget Sound area (not naming names) were scary, they wanted to do things that I hadn’t even came to talk about…. break my jaw, add implants where none were needed etc. But I knew as soon as I met Dr S that I found the right Doctor. My exhausting search was finally over. Aside from his phenomenal credentials and experience, I was so surprised and refreshed by his amazing honesty. It was apparent that he takes his role seriously and always strives to do what’s in the best interest of his clients, even if it means less business for him. On top of it all, he has the nicest bedside manner.
I highly recommend Dr S for anyone looking for an outstanding cosmetic surgeon. I have more on my list that I would like to do in the future, so I plan to have a long term relationship with him.
Oh yeah and his staff are fantastic too!"

"Dr. Salemy is awesome. I researched several doctors in the Seattle and Bellevue area and spoke to their offices. I had a lot of apprehension because this is a big personal decision. Some were very pushy or less approachable. I researched Dr. Salemy and contacted him directly. I had a consultation with him. He was excellent answering my concerns. Dr. Salemy was approachable and authentic. He listened to my concerns and gave honest feedback. It’s a bit intimidating to have a conversation about all of your problem areas but he made me feel at ease. He also didn’t try to over sell me on things I wasn’t quite ready for. I trust his judgment.
My husband was really concerned with scaring from breast lift. My husband was happy with how everything looked before, and didn’t want to me scar after we researched some photos of breast lifts. I was afraid of scars, as well. We got cold feet and we both panicked and almost backed out altogether. I was concerned and my husband was worried about me and the risks (looking at other doctor's photos online). I reached out to the Dr. Salemy office and he contacted me directly (via email). He recommend if I’m not comfortable with the incisions of a full lift and are instead just looking for a bit more fullness just have the augmentation and hold off on the lift for now - and I can always come back and have a lift in the future. I felt more at ease with that information. I trusted Dr. Salemy and wanted to move forward with the lipo (outer thighs and flanks and augmentation).
Dr. Salemy’s office staff was very helpful with my crazy schedule. I had international travel in the middle of all of this so finding a pre-op meeting was challenging.
At the pre-op meeting, Dr.Salemy discussed the lift again in person. He told me the augmentation would give me the fullness but won’t give the lift, but I would probably want a lift later, which I could do. I went home and discussed with my husband. I decided on the lift with augmentation and liposuction in two areas (outer thighs and flanks).
I am so impressed with Dr. Salemy. I trust him. He and his staff have been terrific. I had my surgery on Tuesday. I can see a difference with the lipo already and can't wait to see the the results of lift and augmentation after my stitches are out.
Dr. Salemy called and checked on me the next day and has been extremely responsive to questions. I think he is stellar and I am very happy with my choice."
