I had a fantastic experience with a tummy tuck that Dr. S performed on me about a month ago. I found Dr. S to be very professional and knowledgeable, with a great technique. The office was very tuned in to safety during the procedure, and pain control during the recovery. Julie, the nurse that works with him, is very down to earth and approachable and spent a lot of time answering my many questions. In summary, I’d highly recommend Dr. S and his team to anyone considering a tummy tuck.

I felt the professionalism and experience of the Clinic to be the best. I really didn't shop around much, just got a vision of what could be done from Dr S. and had to go research for a few weeks before booking. I had some complications and some considerable pain which could have happened anywhere; my only con is that I suspect my anesthesiologist was a bit inexperienced.

He clearly has all of the technical training and experience. However, based on my experience, Scott has a demeanor that is very soothing, understanding, approachable. He wants to help.During my initial consult, he spent as much time as I needed. He offered me options that I wasn't expecting. I was expecting simple implants, however, based on my age (48)I needed a breast lift in addition to implants. I have a friend that needed breast reconstruction and she chose a physician in Seattle. As competent, she complained that their bedside manner was condescending and actually made her feel inferior. I wanted my surgery to be in Bellevue and he was the only Surgeon I saw here. After leaving his office, I knew he would be doing my surgery.

Breast Reduction

After many years of back aches and droopy breasts, I decided at age 50 to have a breast reduction. I have been to this office for Botox before and the staff is nothing less than professional and caring. My overall experience was better than anticipated. I was walking my regular eight miles within a week. I did have a small infection which the doctor immediately sent to the lab for identification so I was placed on the correct antibiotic. This is not a surgery to be taken lightly, and the Doctor you choose must be board certified. I made the mistake of having a chin implant years ago by a doctor who was not certified in this type of surgery and regret it to this day. If you want a caring, professional and experienced staff I highly recommend this group. My overall self-esteem has increased and I feel so much more comfortable with myself physically and emotionally. The decision for any type of elective surgery should be "ultimately" up to you and the advice of a qualified Physician. Taking the advice of a family, friend or comment by someone else is often helpful but you are the one who must live with the results. My choice was the right one for me and I am glad I chose the right Doctor. I have worked in the medical industry for 20 years and have seen my share of the good, bad, and ugly office staff and Physicians. This office and Doctor receives an A+ from me.

From the moment you arrive you are treated well. Parking in paid for. The office is spa-like. Dr. Sattler and his nurse Julie are more than professional...they are funny, sensitive and responsive. I never waited more than 5 min for my appointments. My questions were answered promptly and completely (even when it was my third phone call of the day). The aftercare is like having your mother watch over you. They continually call and checkin to make sure you are doing well and you don't have any concerns. Appointment times are generous so you never feel rushed. The office staff is wonderful; even offering a latte and chocolate. Thought I died and came back as a celebrity :) Payment was simple and straight forward with no hidden costs. Too bad all doctor office experiences aren't like this!

From when I stepped into the office for my consultation to my after care treatment, Dr. and staff were wonderful. Very caring, took the time needed to answer my questions and to make sure I understood what I was about to do. The only negative, if I can say there was a negative, the internet appointment system didn't seem to work for me.

In the end, I put a lot of "blind" trust in Dr. S's experience and in his team. He and his nurse Julie, graciously answered all my questions and put me at ease with encouragement that all would be well and that I was an ideal candidate for the procedure. They were confident I would be very pleased with the results. Even Diane, the receptionist, was so kind to me, I feel like we're friends. And in the end, they were right, I am VERY pleased with my results! I have to say also that I REALLY appreciated that they proactively take ALL the possible precautions to prevent nausea and any possible discomfort during and after their procedures. They really care about their patient's comfort, the whole way through. So thankful to have finally gone through with what I had dreamed of doing and am so glad I chose Dr. S. A dream come true, and I love how I look. Thank you tons!

Dr. N and Dr. S are remarkable in every way – from their first interaction with a new patient to the surgical results they achieve. And they are supported by an incredibly skilled, professional and attentive staff. I am a 61 year old male. In 2005, Dr. N provided some very minor surgery to sculpt away excess skin on my neck and above my eyes. The results exceed my expectations.

Dr. Sattler and his team are amazing! The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, Julie Parmer, his PCC, is equally amazing! They take the time to answer any questions or concerns that you would have. Dr. Sattler did an amazing job for me! My breasts have never looked this good in my life! I really appreciated Dr. Sattler's easy sense of humor and willingness to acknowledge the anxiety I was feeling. He took the time to explain everything to me (some things more than once) until I felt comfortable with both the process and with his expertise. I don't plan to have another cosmetic procedure but if I should decide to at some point, I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Sattler. I would recommend him to anyone considering a facelift or other cosmetic procedure - especially if you are a first-timer or are prone to anxiety.

I want to start off by saying this was one of the first times in a long time that I felt like the Doctor really listened to me. Dr. Sattler took his time to discuss and explain the questions I posed, and I was pleased with his candid answers and bedside manner. He made me feel very confident for choosing him as my Plastic Surgeon! I will continue going to Dr. Sattler for all of my future plastic surgery procedures. Family member and my PCP. Dr. Scott Sattler was recommended to me by my sister, who he performed breast implant surgery on two years ago. Dr. Sattler came highly recommended by my doctor as well. Dr. Sattler's care and bedside manner were terrific. I have every confidence in his surgical ability. He seems to have a 'gift' for what he does best - cosmetic surgery.
