What is Wrong with my Neck? I Dislike My Profile. (photo)

I am not really what sure is wrong with my neck. I am 29 and fairly in shape I have come to really dislike my profile. Is there anything that can be done?

A: Improving profile of neck

You could consider chin augmentation and possible neck (submental) liposuction to improve your facial balance.

A physical exam would allow for a better assessment and computer morphing would better let you determine if the changes make the improvements you're looking for.

A: Neck problems

Your photos aren't perfect for seeing the neck but it seems that you have a retrusive chin and some fat in the neck.  At 29, your skin is probably reasonable and you could consider a chin implant and neck liposuction.  Depending on circumstances, a neck lift might be needed.  Visit some surgeons and ask.

How Do You Get the Sagging Neck Muscle to Go Back Where It Used to Be?

i am a thin girl, 46 years old, never had face work done, i have loose skin under neck, but even more so, i have saging muscle tissue???? what type of sergicle persedure is best???

A: Sagging neck muscles

Sagging muscles need to be addressed through a platysmaplasty whereby the 2 anterior platysmal cords are sewn together through a small submental incision.  This is done at the time of a neck lift or a face/neck lift.  If there is excess and loose skin in the neck, a face/neck lift must be performed to tighten excess skin.
