I had silicone injected in my cheeks years ago and I got fat recently, making my face so round and my cheeks bulkier than before. Would mesotherapy have a bad reaction to the silicone injected?
Many problems have arisen form mesotherapy and lipodissolve treatments and they have not been worked out scientifically to the point where they are considered safe. It would be rare to find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon doing these but many plastic surgery pretenders continue to perform these kinds of treatments. I'd advise you to exercise, modify your diet and stay away from mesotherapy.
After one mesotherapy treatment will I be able to see any results? How long does it usually take to see results?
Until the time when science has worked out if mesotherapy is safe and effective and exactly what should optimally be injected, it would be wise of you not to have it done. Remember that it is not FDA approved and large clinics offering it have closed. Wonder why?
I have Multiple Sclerosis. Is it safe to have a mesolift (mesotherapy) precedure done?
There is no scientific proof of the effectiveness and safety of mesotherapy. It is also not FDA approved and multiple patient reviews on line describe terrible results and problems. Especially for someone with a disease like MS, I would stay away from any of this kind of treatment. I just wouldn't consider it safe.
