Dr. Naficy’s work is pure magic!! (Photos are 3 weeks post-op) From the get-go, I made sure to communicate exactly what made me insecure about my old nose: dorsal hump, drooping columella, bulbous tip, and widening upon smiling. And when I say he fixed every single one of these-I’m not exaggerating. I have been overwhelmed with compliments from my family and friends about my new nose, saying how cute and petite yet natural it looks. I was worried at first seeing as I was an overseas patient, but he and his team let me do Zoom consultations and answered every question I had along the way. I was able to complete the pre-op appointment, surgery, and cast removal all during a short stay at a nearby Airbnb with my family (they came with me). The one thing that probably caught me off guard was just how much mucus drainage I had during the first week, causing my ears to pop every time I swallowed for days 2-3 (so if it happens to you, don’t freak out like I did!) I was also really scared to take my pain meds at first (since I hadn’t ever taken narcotics), but once I took them, I found that they helped with not just the pain, but also with my mucus problem. I know everyone’s situation is different, but hopefully my story helps you to choose Naficy!

This is a long over-do review. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Naficy and his staff. From the moment I made my first appointment, the communication and client service were exceptional. I have had two rhinoplasties around 25 years ago, and my nose basically looked like it was collapsing and crooked. I’ve gone to doctors in the past to correct my nose, but was turned away, stating I should leave it alone. I was self-conscious and wished I have never even had not 1, but 2 nose jobs. I even tried getting fillers in my nose, but it wasn’t fixing the issue I had. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Naficy. Liz was my main point of contact and she communicated with me very well and answered all my questions. I appreciated her quick responses on emails, and I emailed a lot. My first appointment with Dr. Naficy was in the fall of 2020. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I’ve met many Plastic Surgeons who had an ego the size of Mt. Everest. Not Dr. Naficy. He was kind, listened to me, and answered all my questions. He was confident he could make my nose look better but did not give me any unrealistic expectations. This was the first doctor in 20 years to tell me he could fix my nose. I left in tears. A year later I finally decided to have the surgery and he nailed it. He made my nose better than what I expected. I am extremely happy with the results and now can finally have the confidence I didn’t have for the past 25 years. I highly, highly, highly recommend Dr. Naficy. His kindness goes a long way, but his surgeon skills are top notch!

I'm just 2 weeks PO and swollen, but I am already so happy with the result and can't wait for the final result! Dr. Naficy is truly an artist and such a great doctor. I used to feel so self conscious because of how my nose looked after my primary rhino and I would hate getting my picture taken. Dr. Naficy is a magician and was able to address all of my issues including an inverted v deformity, alar retraction, and he performed an alar base reduction (narrowed my wide nostrils). He also delivered on my number one goal: to reduce the excess nostril show which I felt was unnatural from my primary rhino. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty in the Seattle area :)

I’m very happy with the results. After my sclerotherapy treatment, I noticed a huge difference. Most of the spider veins disappeared. The staff and Dr. Naficy are amazing and I highly recommend them. I’m so happy to go back to the same place after so many years.

When one is planning on changing their appearance (especially in the center of their face) you want to be able to trust the surgeon completely. After years of extensive research I elected to have rhinoplasty and septoplasty done by Dr. Naficy. I was looking for a natural looking nose and still wanted to look like myself and Dr. Naficy achieved just that. The process from start to finish has been easy and the staff at the office are so kind and make a trip to the office pleasant. They explain the process well, let you know what to anticipate during recovery, and make themselves available to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Naficy and am pleased with my results. I wish I would have done this sooner because it has made all of the difference for me.

I had a primary rhinoplasty in 2018 to remove my dorsal hump in Mexico , over the next few years my nose due to loss of cartilage dropped into a polybeak deformity. My concerns were my exposed columella, upturned nostrils, asymmetrical tip. I decided to stay in state and set up a revision rhinoplasty consult and surgery for July 28, 2022. The initial consult was quick and he was able to tell me that my issue was feasible and morphed a few photos to show me how and where the changes will be made on my face. The team was very responsive and informative, and addressed my concerns about my surgeon choice despite reading mixed reviews online. I made a week trip to Bellevue , during the surgeon visit before surgery I was able to remind him of what I was looking for and the conversation went smooth , he reassured me I would have great results. I had surgery and healed in an Airbnb room , and needless to say the process was extremely smooth. Staying optimistic and not letting my swollen nose bother me looks wise for 2 weeks post op made a huge difference because now I have the beautiful nose I’ve always wanted my whole life and I can breathe better too! What an artist of a surgeon! Recommend to anyone !

Never thought I’d be fixed, seriously. I’m not going to rave about Dr.Naficy bc his work does that for me. I was beyond botched and everyone either said they could make it look better but not like I want or they promised me perfection. At naficy things were explained and I was told the truth.
