I gave a 5 star rating across the board because I truly had a 5 star experience at Pacific Dermatology. I ultimately chose Dr. Reichel and PacDerm because the office was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and Dr. Reichel just made me feel at ease and in good hands.

She is awesome & she came highly recommended by my BFF. Dr Reichel is awesome! I was referred to her office by a friend who told me that Dr Reichel is an expert with fillers and enhancing lips. I couldn't agree with her more. I drove all the way from Marysville to see Dr Reichel and it was so worth it! I love my newly augmented lips! They looked kissable and great right away, very little swelling and it was not very painful at all. I was pleasantly surprised! Also, she has a fantastic staff, they are all very nice, warm, and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend Dr Reichel and her office!

I was referred to Dr. Reichel by a friend's Dr. She is the best and I am so happy with my new chin. Everyone says I look 10 years younger. The thing that most impressed me was that Dr. Reichel called me from her cell phone as she was on her way home on the evening of my procedure to check and make sure I was doing okay.

This doctor knows her stuff. Dr. Reichel is very helpful in explaining in easy terms what the options are and what to expect with any procedure. I have complete confidence in her knowledge and expertise. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, too. I have visited her for Botox, filler, and ultherapy, and have been very pleased with the results.

Tiny Broken Capillary on my Nose: The Annoying Tiny Red Dot - Seattle, WA

I was referred to Dr. Reichel by a women I know who had a tiny red dot removed off the bridge of her nose. I checked her out online and couldn't really find anything about a red dot on the nose (broken capillary) but I gave her a chance anyway. She was so kind and thoughtful (I was scared). I looked at a few other Dermatologists but I liked Dr. Reichel's reviews. I emailed her from RealSelf and she responded immediately to my message. I called the office and got in though my schedule was challenge. She was surprisingly kind and personable. The red dot had to go though I was a bit taken back by how much it cost. I had no idea or point of reference so perhaps it is just what dot zapping costs these days. :)

Dr. Reichel leads an awesome, intelligent, motivated, positive, caring and very customer service oriented team. Every detail is attended to which to me means that that level of thoughtfulness and quality is indeed also present in the actual treatment or procedure. And what's really great is that all those qualities have been consistent during every appointment. I'm so glad I've found a team I can go to for my dermatology needs that I can count on and feel so comfortable with. Note: I chose "unknown/don't remember" because I couldn't quite find my procedures. It's too complicated to fetch the receipts to determine what the three treatment areas have added up to, so I'm entering "zero". I assume them to be competitively priced, and never thought otherwise. Billing process has been seamless.

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Reichel after seeing several other curteous and professional surgeons for body contouring surgery. She was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Her description of her surgery skills was appalling. She told me how during surgery she cracks jokes with her clients and plays songs that she likes. She doesn't use a anestesiologist. She gives free touch ups for mistakes. She pulled and prodded me to the extent I was uncomfortable. I left feeling the like the whole experience was a laughable joke and huge waste of time. I wouldn't trust her in an operating room given her disrespect for her clients and the fact that she probably makes numerous mistakes given she isn't focusing on major surgery but on music and jokes. She also made condescending remarks about her male colleagues. Not a good fit for surgery.

I had Liposuction done on my stomach by Dr. Reichel and would recommend her to anyone interested in having it done. During the procedure Dr. Reichel was very attentive to my understanding what was happening and that I was as comfortable as possible. She recommended that I keep crackers and pain pills on my nightstand for easy access that night, which turned out to be very good advise. But what impressed me the most was that Dr. Reichel called me personally the next day to check on how I was doing and to make sure I was up and walking. I was very impressed with Dr. Reichel and her ability to be extremely professional yet personable. She is an extremely competent doctor who treats her patients with total respect but at the same time makes you feel like you're talking to a good friend.

I was referred to Dr. Reichel by my dermatologist. During the consultation Dr. Reichel explained the procedure and my options. She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and we agreed to schedule a date for surgery. This was the third time I’ve had surgery performed by Dr. Reichel so I knew from experience that she and her staff were very good at what they do. I found Dr. Reichel and her staff to be compassionate and professional, and the only pain I experienced was mild and due to the injections for the local anesthetic. She and her staff made continued efforts to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs were met during the entire surgery. Overall I was very impressed with the way everything was handled and the attention that was given to my care and comfort. Dr. Reichel and her staff have very good bedside manners and I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of mohs surgery.

Recommended by my. I just did this procedure which wasn't listed in the drop down, but is similar to liposuction. I cannot yet attest to the results, but the Dr. is very kind and her staff is great. I really liked her RN, Katie, who made me feel very comfortable during the entire process & answered EVERY question I had.
