Pros: Finally looks natural and symmetrical. No longer afraid of *that* certain angle. Don't have to be so 'camera aware.' It really appears that rhino is a very difficult thing to be good at. There are not many great rhinoplasty surgeons out there and the thing is you don't know who is good and who isn't. I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. P. He understood my current problem, gave me a frank assessment, and explained what he would do to fix my nose.
