I'm brand new here to RealSelf.com but of course I've been looking at the web site for about two weeks. I've been wanting a bigger but since I can remember (like when I hit puberty)! Not worth it. Lots of pain and downtime for a very shortlived result. At least I can say I tried. Not a good investment overall.
