Does Botox Help with the Under Eye Lines? I have botox for my forehead, loving it. What kind of product(s) can reduce the under eye lines? Does Botox help?

A: Botox for around the eyes

Botox helps diminish the appearance of crows feet. It can also help minimize the "roll" (orbicularis muscle hypertrophy) some people get under their eyes when smiling. You have to be careful about injections under the eye, too much Botox/Dysport can cause the lower eyelid to sag and change the shape of the eye.

Ways to address fine wrinkling of the eyelid skin can include: chemical peels and laser resurfacing. Also using topical creams such as a tretinoin cream and glycolic products can diminish the appearance of crepe paper skin.
