I read that it probably isn't good to do ultherapy after Sculptra or over Sculptra. My plastic surgeon thinks otherwise. What is the consensus?
Regardless of the unanswerable issue of Sculptra you pose (no scientific studies have been done to answer that I am aware of), you need to really solidify your expectations before doing Ulthera or Thermage etc. These treatments really do very little for most patients so if you are expecting any big or significant changes, you may well be disappointed.
Injecting the prejowl depression can disguise the early jowl. I prefer Restylane and Perlane for this however.
A cosmetic surgeon suggested Sculptra or Artefill for breast implant rippling. I am 4 wks post op with revision surgery. Subglandular saline implants replaced with Silicone high profile implants. There is already noticeable rippling. I am very thin so submuscular placement may not help much. I also have considerable sagging so would need a lift with submuscular placement. I would like to avoid a lift since I have had problems in the past with scarring. Any advice greatly appreciated.
