Can Cheek Lift Help with Hollow Eyes?

Hello. I am 30 years old female from Turkey. My main problem is hollow eyes and sagging cheeks. Some of the Drs. advised Endoscopic Mid Face Lifting and also Fat transfer. Some of the Drs. don't believe in Endoscopic Face Lift and also don't like Fat transfer (they say, there can be serious problems like unwanted lumps etc.).

My cheeks don't have much volume(I lived with hormonal problems in 2008, and I lost some volume on my cheeks). Now I decide to have normal Cheek lift (with classical method). I really wonder, if I have Cheek lift surgery, can it help hollow eyes?

A: cheek lift surgery can help only a little and is fraught with problems

Definitely get as many opinions as possible. Ultimately you will have to decide what is best for you. I have done cheek lifts and I don't think they really help. I immediately change things if I don't think they are benefitting my patients. The hollow eyes are best treated with fat injections, fillers, and implants with fat injections being the best option. Go to someone that is experienced. If my mother asked me this question I would answer it in the same way.

Cheek Lift for Thinner Face and Defined Cheekbones?

I'm 20 years old and I want a cheek lift, my lower face is too round but I really like the way my face looks when I pull the skin on the side of my face up (near my sideburns). It makes my face thinner and gives my cheekbones more definition. Is there a procedure I could get that would do that? Is that considered a cheek lift? Thanks.

A: pulling up the cheeks where the side burn is considered more of a face lift

This would be a face lift. Ultimately I would like to see pictures of you. Fat injections could be the other alternative for you. I would think about this option for something that could be minmally invasive.

Is Cheek Lift the Same Thing As Lower Facelift?

If a Cheek lift is not the same, what does the lower facelift improve? Is the recovery as hard as a full Facelift? I'm in need of Necklift at age 42.

A: cheek lift and lower face lift are not the same

A cheek lift is a procedure that is often done through the eyelid or through a temple incision. Often times it includes an incision in the mouth. It is a lot of work for very little results in my opinion. Lower face lifts pull up some of the neck and the jowls and the lower part of the face. So the results are not the same.  Sometimes a face lift can be taken over the smiling muscles to lift the middle part of the face. But the best option for the middle part of the face is a face lift done with fat grafting.
