Lip Surgery
He was the on-call surgeon at St. Mary's hospital. In all my experiences, he was by far the nicest guy to the nurse helping him out. He continually let her know how appreciative he was for her help. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what the outcome would likely be. My 2 visits to his office were great. The staff treated me very well. He was able to take the stitches out without grabbing any mustache hair! He also suggested a cream to reduce the scaring, which has been going very well.

I met with Dr. Lynam initially for breast augmentation. He did a great job with that and I also talked with him about getting rid of my lower belly pooch. I thought I needed liposuction but he felt that I did not have enough fat for that invasive of a procedure. He recommended Vaser Shape. Richmond Surgical Arts is a wonderful practice and I highly recommend them.

I had an awesome experience with Richmond Surgical Arts from day one. They scheduled my initial consultation very quickly and Dr. Lynam spent a great deal of time with me. He explained all my options in detail and answered all of my questions with care and understanding. His support staff, Brigette and Terri, were also very kind and helpful. Throughout my recovery they were always available to my needs and questions in a very timely manner, and I also received follow up calls from Dr. Lynam himself. I am more than pleased with my results and I am comfortable and confident with my decision to go with RSA after "interviewing" several other local plastic surgeons!! Also, the Stony Point Surgery Center was amazing and made the anesthesia process a breeze. I was extremely nervous, but the knowledgable and comforting staff made it super easy!
