“Took 5 Years off - Washington, DC”
Did entire face 3 years ago including eye area. Had brief general anesthesia for pain control at a surgi-center in a major metropolitan area, which probably accounts for the cost. Fraxel does for the skin what no plastic surgeon can do, and I estimate it makes me look about 5 years younger with those skin improvements. I wish I had done my neck and am thinking about repeating the treatment... more
“Skin is by Far WORSE Than Original...”
Hi, I had 4 rounds of Fraxel laser treatments a little over 2 years ago in efforts to help fix mild acne scarring and blemish/discoloration issues. First, I was shocked by the price, I was expecting it to be half that much! But I have been going to my derm for 5 years now and wouldn't see anyone else. “1st Treatment of Fraxel Re-store for...”
Today I had my first Fraxel re-store treatment and it was amazing! Not as painful as I thought it would be, just some minimal stinging. After the treatment my faced looked and felt like a mild sunburn. Follow post treatment instructions.My physian recommended 4 treatments for skin type, acne scars and sun/age spots. Would I recommend this to a friend, YES! more
“4 Fraxel Face, Little to No Improvement”
I tried four treatments spaced over an 9 week period on the face and found little or no improvement. Waste of money, a year later, no difference. Today is the third day after my first Fraxel re:store. I had mild swelling around the eyes the first full day after. It has now subsided. My face is still a little red and mildly itchy. It feels like it does right before peeling after getting sunburned. I had a hard time sleeping the first night b/c you are supposed to keep your head elevated. The second night was fine.
