hello doctors, i was planning to get upper blepharoplasty and brow lift stitch method.my eyelids are quite heavy at the age of 25 so wanted to get rid of them.my eyes seems to be unequal because of fatty eyelid.also wanted to add brow lift stitch method to my eye brows.i want my eyes to look bigger.Any help will be appreciated.
Fullness is a sign of youth. I would not recommend a blepharoplasty based on your photograph. Your brows are in good position, and I feel that a "stitch" brow lift is feminizing and not a good look. I f you want a slight amount of lateral brow elevation I would recommend Ultherapy - ultrasonic brow lifting. This is a non-invasive procedure which produces a mild natural result.
Is a coronal brow lift a better option for removing frown or scowl lines?
Coronal forehead lifts are rarely used to treat glabellar scowl or frown lines. Endoscopic browlifts do not distort the hairline and through this incision the corrugator muscles which cause the wrinkles in between the eyes may be eliminated. The lateral brow is best addressed through a temproplasty. A small incision is placed in the temporal region of the scalp to raise the lateral part of the eyebrow. The hairline is not distorted.
The above two procedure may be used in women with receding hairlines. A full coronal brow lift would only be performed if a patient required lowering of her frontal hairline.
