I've only had my first tray in for a couple of days and so far it's fine, though still a little painful and I'm still having trouble removing the lower tray. I received invisalign on Feb. 1, 2008 and I am on set 12 of 14 trays at the moment. I had a ton of spacing and a huge gap which is virtually gone.
