Why Did Inner Brow Drooped After Botox?

I had Botox 3 weeks ago on the forehead, crow’s feet and glabellar. Forehead lines are gone, crow’s feet are gone, however, my inner brow seems to be worse and those frown lines are still there, but worse, I have this angry look as my inner corners of eyebrows/brow seem to have dropped. Can more Botox help? Or has it been injected incorrectly. Many thanks in advance.

A: Drooped angry look can be corrected

I agree that you really need to look at the muscle structure of each patient before injecting Botox. Sounds like you have a depressor muscle that is unopposed now that your glabellar region and forehead or frontalis region has been injected. It can be corrected but you will need someone very experienced with Botox who doesn't just inject everyone the same way.

Is It Safe to Add Juvederm to Lips with Restylane?

I already have Restylane in my lips. Is it safe to add Juvederm Ultra? I've been getting Restylane lipp injected into my lips and have been unhappy with the lumps that have formed because of either an inexperienced injector or the Restylane. It certainly looks like the Restylane hasn't been injected deep enough.

Anyway I’m getting Juvederm Ultra injected very very soon. Could anyone tell me if would it be safe enough to inject another filler in my lips when there’s still Restylane there?

A: Its safe to inject Juvederm Ultra

Yes, it is safe to inject Juvederm ultra into the lips even if you have had Restylane. I would probably use Juvederm ultraplus since both products produce a smooth lip line and add volume to the lips.

Bruising with Radiesse

I have a huge bruise on my chin from radiesse injections. Is this normal? Check out my photo. I also wondered if it's the injector's fault that caused the bruising. It's only bad on one side.

A: Bruising is possible with any filler injection

It is possible to have bruising when you have filler injections with any filler. Bruising can be due to a number of factors including the recent intake of aspirin, ibuprofen, alcohol intake, vitamin E and gingko. In addition, this area may bruise when the filler is being massaged and smoothed out by the injector.

You may want to try arnica supplements, zinc, and vitamin C prior to your next treatment to help prevent bruising. It looks like you are going to have great results and look great once the bruising resolves.
