I had a great visit. I felt comfortable and valued. Dr. Berman was professional and caring. He spent valuable time with me and wasn't in a hurry to rush off to the next patient. I have only visited a few times, yet he knew who I was and engaged me in conversation that made me feel important. He thoroughly explained the proceedure and answered my questions and concerns. more
This is my first time posting and trying botox. I went in to get my forehead, crows feet and between my eyes. The first set of shots did nothing so two weeks later I went in and paid more for a touch up - still nothing. Do I call and bring this up again or just take it as a loss. It irks me that I had to pay for my so-called touch up. Anybody else have this happen?
Idk, I feel like... more
This is my first treatment. My Doctor used 20 units to treat the vertical lines between my eyes.
I felt minimal discomfort during the injections and some stinging for about fifteen minutes afterward. Next time I will do this on my lunch hour, I didn't even have redness in spite of my sensitive skin!
I can't create the "11's" no matter how hard I try! They were completely wiped out... more
I've been dealing with excessive underarm sweat since I was a teenager. People who don't suffer from this horrible curse truly have no idea what it's like to live with it on a daily basis. I've tried EVERY product known to man to help cure this, to no avail. "Clinical" protection products were no match to my sweat. Being that I'm in sales and interface with clients on a daily basis, something... more
I used to have two pieces of very strong bite muscle on both side of my face. That botherd me for a very long time because these two muscles came togeger and form a very square looking face for me. To solve the problem, I came to Dr.Chaboki, he answered lot of questions for me and let me have no fare about botox injections anymore. After the procedure for about 4 weeks, I can see the result... more
I'm a 38 yo female who was been using botox on and off for ~ 4 years. I generally for the most part have had reasonable success with Botox. However, the last 3, injections prior to Dr. Kulak had sub par results. I still had muscle paralysis so I wasn't concerned about the efficacy of the Botox but the skill of the injector. My previous injectors were 2 MD's and 1 RN, which resulted in a... more
I do not have a personal agenda. I am not a member of PETA or any other activist organization. I am an intelligent, educated, responsible and rational person. I do not have anything against anyone who wants to use injectables or any other treatment for anti-aging. I used to be one of those people.
I have had plastic surgery, fillers and botulinum toxin injections. I was not a... more
I needed to freshen up after having another baby.
My forehead wrinkles are completely gone, yet my eyebrows still have a nice arch and I don't look like a robot. The technique she used around my eyes has not only erased my crows feet, but opened up my eyes in general. I love my results and I love Dr. Toerge! more
1/15/2011 - Botox injected in frown lines - doctor still does not have record of how much.
1/30/2011 - Went to ER 3 times starting on this date for paralyzing back and neck pain. Eyes could not open, red swollen and oozing puss. Intense headaches, fatigue, nausea.
2/2011 - Multiple MRIs and other scans taken. On pain meds and muscle relaxers starting on this date.

I had a botox(supposedly) about two weeks ago on my 11 line and I had terrible headaches and flu-like symptom the next few days. While I had a follow up with my doc and we were discussisng about other issues (hallow spot on my 11 area) I noticed that he was keep referring that I had a dysport instead of Botox. So I asked him what I had, and he looked at the chart and said dysport. On the chart... more
I have gotten Botox for over 20 years in the 'scrinch' lines between my eyes. For the FIRST time ever, I feel like I might be experiencing side effects of swollen tender glands in my neck and stiff neck. However, I find some of the posts here a little hard to believe b/c Botox breaks down in your body in 2-5 months, which is why (If you like the results) you have to get it injected 2-4 times... more
My doctor uses 19 units on me every 4-5 months to treat a single vertical line between my eyebrows, which always made me look angry and made people constantly ask me, "what's wrong?"
Now not only is the line gone, but I think I get fewer tension headaches in the muscle between my eyebrows because I am unable to clench it. I also find that the effects seem to last longer the more I get... more
Areas treated: Between the brows and forehead (frown and surprise lines)
Pros: My forehead is smooth and looks natural, no one can tell that I had it done. Even my mother had no idea. I have a nice arch to my brow. People just tell me that I look good and beautiful (something I hadn't heard in a while)
I feel more beautiful again and was seeing the aging lines and it made me feel... more
I like the effects botox has because it makes me look rested and less forehead wrinkles. I have had about 6 treatments over the past two years and I have experienced drooping in one eye twice, but it was easily fixed by injecting more botox into the necessary area. I really like the relaxed, well rested look it gives me.I had botox injections around my lower eyes. When more
I am 37 years old andI have had two rounds of Botox in-between my eyebrows. I loved the results, however both treatments wore off within 2 months of the injection. Here I am ready for another third injection but I am apprehensive. At $375 dollars, every two months, this will become costly. Not to mention I cannot seem to get a clear answer as too why this is happening in the first place.Love... more
I'm 37 and decided to try Botox on my frown lines in between the eyes because I catch myself squinting in a strong frown all the time...I do it while I work, I do it when I'm discussing something important, I even do it in my sleep! Sometimes I wake up with a sore forehead with this troubled squint. I just can't stop myself from doing it. I wanted to try Botox not necessarily for cosmetic... more
I am 41, and have excellent skin with very few wrinkles. except the awful "11" between my eyebrows.
A friend dragged me to an open house a few months back and I had it done. I had a headache for a few days, but within a week my forehead was smooth and looked great. There was a little drooping of my left eyelid, but I think that if you constantly move your forehead around when you... more
Botox injections smart a bit and may bruise, but boy is it worth it.
I am a 48 yr old woman. I had a deep vertical wrinkle between my eyes that has nearly disapeared sfter about 9 months of treatments, (for me, every 2 1/2 to 3 months). My eyebrows also lifted and I just felt better. I also rarely have headaches now. more
Restored my self confidence when the frown lines disappeared. Tried other areas but didn't like the effect such as on crows feet. Putting them there made my cheeks get a weird crease when I smiled or at least I thought so.
The con is the not-great results when you try it in areas that look better natural. more
