First off, I live in Seattle, WA. I spent quite a while looking at surgeons in my own area to perform a without much luck. I decided to start looking out of state. After hours and days of research I came across some reviews of Dr. Yates. I was amazed at how high his ratings were. I searched and searched the internet for a bad review (after all EVERY other surgeon I had found had at least a few) and couldn't find ONE. His website was far superior to anyone elses' and from the details given I knew he wanted all his patients to be informed before they made their choice. I was impressed to say the least. When I filled out a contact form online (VERY late on a Saturday night) I was shocked and thrilled to see he had personally answered me back by early Sunday morning. Everything about his approach with me made me KNOW he was the one before I had even met him. From the second I stepped into his office I was very nicely greeted and asked to have a seat in the waiting room (which is gorgeous). His nurses and staff were so incredibly caring and helped me feel less self-conscious. The second he walked through the door I felt complete confidence. He was so genuine and caring and didn't give me BS lines that other surgeons had. He was honest but positive about the surgery and my results and spent a LONG time with me answering the many questions I had. When it came time for my surgery he made sure I was feeling ok that I was in good hands and that I would be very pleased with my results. I can honestly say for my very first surgery, I wasn't nervous in the slightest (even with my phobia of needles). He is beyond the BEST and I can't thank him enough for making me feel the confidence I always wanted to feel. I can honestly say I cried for the first time out of happiness in my life.

I couldn't have had a better experience with plastic surgery. I love this doctor. He's nice, polite, friendly, and comfortable to be around. He knows what he's talking about and he did a FANTASTIC job! I love my new cup size! I don't look unproportional, nor do I wish I would've gone bigger like alot of women I've talked to. He did such a great job. No complications, no worries, he's just a GREAT doctor. I have already recommended 3 of my friends to him. If you're on the fence about getting a surgery done, DON'T BE! Let this wonderful man do his magic! I wake up every day thanking God that Dr. Y is alive and able to perform miracles!

Plastic Surgery was a big step for me. I recognized I wanted to go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon but how would I choose the right person. When I began my search, I was working outside of the USA. I emailed inquiries to many physicians throughout the USA and received mostly automated responses of "Please call our office at ..." That was until I discovered Dr. Y. He and his office staff responded immediately to my emails, answered all of my questions, set up appointment times, and kept in contact with me until I arrived for my appointment. It was simply amazing. He is personable and realistic in his approach. I never felt rushed during appointments. Preoperatively, we choose the appropriate size for my breast implants. He offered his expert advice but also took into consideration my thoughts. He patiently waited in the room until all of my questions/concerns were addressed. With each appointment, his patient approach never changed and I considered myself very fortunate to have discovered this talented professional. Four weeks from my surgical date, my breasts look natural and beautiful. Twenty four hours following the surgery, I used the prescription analgesics he prescribed to control the pain but after the first day, I was easily able to control the pain with Ibuprofen. My pencil thin scar is approximately 2 cm in length and even at this point it is barely noticeable. Without hesitation, I recommend Dr. Y and his wonderful office staff for all of your plastic surgery needs. I would go to no other and will return to his office for all of my future plastic surgical procedures.

I had several prior consultations, and each one I was told I would have what I wanted. During my consultation with my Dr., he explained what he could do, and what logically my body could do. It was so refreshing to be told the truth, and not what I wanted to hear. However, what my Dr was able to do, went beyond anything I had ever dreamed could be done. Not only is he an artist, but he is also a perfectionist. It's the perfect combination for a plastic surgeon. My recovery was better (and quicker) than I expected. Not only is the Dr amazing, but his staff is just as exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, recovery, and results of these surgeries and I know it was because of who my plastic surgeon was.

He listened to me and what I wanted to do. He answered my questions and explained my options. He didn't seem in a hurry and made me feel very at easy with him. I know I can ask him anything I have a question about. He also does excellant work. I fill good about my new body.

Breast Implant Revision
Had breast implants 10 years ago by another dr and had 2 deflations within 3 years. That Dr told me my only option was to have silicone implants placed. Dr. Yates removed those and replaced with saline and I have had 4 years without a problem! My experience was hands down 10,000 times better at his office than that of my first 3 surgeries. He was so much more caring, informative and patient than my first Dr. His office is always kind and caring and respectful.

Tummy Tuck
It's been almost 4 weeks since my tummy tuck by Dr. Y. I am so happy with my results. I look so much better - it was worth EVERY penny! I will recommend him to everyone I meet. I was reluctant to have anyone inspect my stomach after pregnancies and a C-section. I walked into his office feeling self conscious and embarassed. I walked out of the consultation feeling hopeful and excited for the surgery. Dr. Y recommended additional treatment (lipo) and I'm so glad I did it all at once. Seriously - go for it!

I spent some time looking for a doctor to do my Breast Augmentation and Tummy tuck. Had an appt set up with another doctor, but had one more consultation to do, and that was with Dr. Y. He let me tell him what I wanted 1st, then told me what he could do. I did choose to go with him and that was the best decision. He did a great job. I love the work he did. I look and feel so much better.

Dr. Yates and his staff went out of their way to accommodate my special needs - I was flying in from out of town. They bent over backwards staying late and re-arranging schedules to fit me in on my tight travel schedule. Before I even got there they took every step to answer all my questions and to make me feel comfortable and make sure that I had the experience and the results that I wanted.

When I started looking into getting a BA I searched the internet and emailed a few doctors that I liked from there website. Dr. Yates I was the only one who emailed me back personally so I did some more research and I was amazed by his ratings I could not find one bad thing about him on the internet. His website is also very detailed which is very helpful (don't watch the BA video until after surgery freaked me out lol). His staff is amazing and most of them have had surgeries themselves so they can relate to what your going through! Dr. Yates is very skilled and he is an artist I cant even put into words how grateful I am to have found him! He wants whats best for his patients! He even answered all of my mothers questions (she was more nervous than me). The most exciting thing is seeing the 3D imaging once I saw that I was completely excited!!! (I think my mom wanted to get hers done after seeing that!). When it came time for my surgery he made sure I was 100% sure what I wanted because I was back and forth between sizes once we figured out for sure what size he made sure that I felt comfortable and would be happy with my results. This is one of the best experiences ever Dr. Yates and his staff are amazing! I can't thank him enough for giving the confidence that I have been lacking(I am always mistake for a 14/15 year old girl when I am 20). I am so happy with my experience once again thank you Dr. Yates and staff!

I had been contemplating a breast lift for approximately 15 years before I finally did it. Dr. York Yates and his staff were wonderful and I automatically felt comfortable when I went for my first consultation. I knew immediately that it was time to do the surgery because I had found THE doctor to do it. I am 4 1/2 months post op and I feel great. I felt great right after surgery too and I will definitely go back to him for my future plastic surgery needs even though I now live out of state.

Dr. Yates is hands down the best of the best! My experience with him and his staff were outstanding, far exceeding any of my expectations. I felt so comfortable speaking with Dr. Yates about my procedure. He truly cares about his patience and did everything he could to make me comfortable and confident with my decisions. Dr Yates is truly an amazing surgeon! Not only that, he is compassionate, polite, honest and comfortable to be around. A true artist that has mastered his craft! Oh and did I mention he's gorgeous...bonus! I traveled from Idaho to see him for a breast augmentation, lift and areola reduction. After searching for what seemed like an eternity and having a consult with a local ps, with no luck, I started to search out of state. I found Dr Yates online and was immediately impressed by his website and all of his great reviews. I read his blog, looked at photos of his work, watch his videos and read answers that he had posted to patients questions on realself.com. Right away I knew that he was passionate about his work and I was excited to meet him. When I called his office to schedule my consultation his team was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I felt like I was at the spa, his office is beautiful! His team made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The minute he walked into the room I knew that he was the one for me! He really went the extra mile addressing all of my concerns and didn't cut any corners to give me an amazing result! With a single periareolar incision he was able to place my implants submuscular, give me a lift and reduce my areolas. At only 4 weeks post op I feel great and my breasts look better than I could have ever imagined! They look so natural, fit my frame perfectly and my scars are pencil thin! I saw several in Wyoming, and Colorado. I then saw Dr. Yates picture on the internet and decided to go see him. Our first visit was a success, he was very thorough and told me honestly what he could and could not do...he was blunt and to the point about my expectations and ideas. He won me over instantly...this is not just his job, but his passion. I consider the work doc did to be an added tool for me to use and do the best that I can to improve on his magnificent job. I highly recommend Dr. Yates to anyone wanting to have work done and I plan to continue by journey to have a full body lift done by the time we finish. Not only is doc great, but his staff is exceptional and never make me feel like a pest or uncomfortable to call and ask questions. I appreciate all they have done for me and will never forget their kindness.
