I work out frequently and didn't really have a lot of fat to loose. But I treated my lower abdomen and love the results. It completely knocked out the bulge I had and the area feels tighter. My CoolSculpting clinician said it would be more uncomfortable since I had less fat to treat. And it was quite uncomfortable when they first started the treatment. Also, when they took the handpiece... more
I've always had arms that were disproportionate to my body, maybe except when I was pregnant...they looked proportionate then????. I am 5'2" 130-33 lbs and I am 2 months shy of turning 40. 39 has been quite the year, and I'm not even 2.5 weeks postop from a Breast augmentation but I decided to have coolsculpting on my arms while I head back to my ps office to have my steri-strips removed.
As a 50 year old, heart patient, marfan actor, my body was no longer responding to diet and exercise like it used to. Having had 7 hernia surgeries, my tummy was over extended, and my lower chest was taking on a breast like appearance. I had the large applicator done on my lower stomach and the small curved applicators done on my flanks. It was super painful on my stomach, but the flanks were not that bad. I didn't take anything for pain... more
I'm having cool sculpting done to my hip area. I am hopeful that it will eliminate the bulge of fat I have on my flanks. I would also like to do my lower tummy, but the physician I spoke to recommended not wasting my money in that area because I plan to do a tummy tuck. I am currently trying to lose weight and have been following the fast metabolism diet program for a couple of weeks now. I... more
I am on day 7 and the pain keeps escalating, my doc is calling in a script for neurotin because I hurt so much that I can barely walk - this is coming from someone who has a very high threshold for pain. After I called the dr, I was told that this happens to leaner patients, I wish they would have told me before they hooked me up. I have seriously considered going to the ER. more
I had this done in March 2011 in the hopes of loosing 10-15 lbs of persistent tummy fat that I couldn't lose no matter what I did. The process hurt a bit during and there was numbness for a few weeks after. It was disconcerting but not bothersome. However the procedure only took off about 5 lbs. Starting in January (2 months ago) I noticed an itching at the freeze site that comes and goes... more
