I already have virtical and horizontel scars do to c-cection and historectomy can these scars be removed with a tt leaving only one horizontel scar?
Most tummy tucks will remove the skin on the abdomen between the existing belly button and the horizontal scar. If you existing scars are below the belly button, there is a very good chance they will be removed and replaced with the horizontal tummy tuck scar.

I am scheduled to have a tummy tuck while I am on my cycle, should I postpone the surgery or just go through with it?
There is no reason to move your surgery date because of your menstrual cycle. It will not have any impact on the performance of the procedure. Frequently, menstrual cycles will start early after surgery. As long as you are comfortable with your self care you can proceed.

I have read about a trade-marked procedure called a "high definition tummy tuck" performed by a specific surgeon. From what I have read, the technique is intended to create a sculpted, muscular appearance rather than a flat tummy. Do other surgeons perform similar techniques, or is this limited to one physician only?
BEWARE of "trade-marked" procedures. The surgeon that has to do this form of marketing is trying to create something to make you think this is something that only he or she is capable of doing. Have multiple consultations with board certified plastic surgeons and you will find one you are comfortable with. Don't fall for the hype, study it out and do the right thing.
