Can cheek augmentation with fillers make a dramatic change in your face? Thank you so much for answer.
Fillers that are injected deep and just above the bone of the cheeks can provide a dramatic improvement in cheek fullness and youthfulness. The two most common fillers I use for this application are Radiesse and Sculptra and each has a little different profile and effectivness. Discuss your goals with your surgeon and come up with a plan that works for you.

I am a 26 yr old male who is considering some form a cheek filler. My cheeks are slowly starting to look sunken in right underneath my cheek bone. The small depression starts near the labial fold and underneath the cheek bone. I have been reading a lot about Radiesse and what it has done and has not done for others. What would you guys suggest as the best option? Thank you-
There are many types of fillers out there and you wil need to consider softness of the product, cost, longevity and recovery. Several fillers have been mentioned to you and I would like to recommend another option to you. I can not tell you which is best until I have talked with you and examined you but all of these are possible. Another filler to consider is Sculptra, it has a little different character than some of the other fillers that have been recommended.
Discuss with your surgeon which will fit your needs.

The right side of my face is both more elevated and more prominent than the left side; the right cheekbone is more prominent, the cheek itself is fuller, and the jaw is more prominent. It looks as though the left side of my face is sliding off of my face.
Is there anything I can do to make my face more symmetrical? Would a cheekbone/jaw implant on one side work to balance my face? Strategically placed fillers? I don't look deformed in person, but I notice it a lot.
A lot of the most beautiful people in Hollywood have facial asymmetry. In fact this is sometimes why we think they look interesting or unique.
Your facial asymmetry is not ugly or grotesque but is mostly something that you notice. You do have some asymmetry that is due to the skeletal shape and form. I would caution against doing anything too radical. Try something subtle like soft tissue filler in the left cheek or using Botox above the right eye brow. See if less invasive techniques will give you the look you want.
You have a pretty face so be careful who you let work on you.
