i read some dr used prp in fat transfer ( The fat that has PRP added is called “SmartFat”. SmartFat can be thought of as sending “text messages” to the body to help promote fat cell survival. PRP also helps the stem cells within the SmartFat to excrete a hormone that helps attract blood to an area) to make the risul preminant ?

If it is possible to add fat to the forehead, which technique would you recommend and what are the possible complications? Thank you.
Fat transfer can be done almost anywhere including the foreead. It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. There are also simpler methods to add volume to the forehead such as Sculptra, Perlane, Juvederm etc.
I had fat removed from my thigh and injected into my face in March 2008. Some of it was stored and frozen. Is the frozen, stored fat safe to inject again? My fat has been frozen now for 10 months.
Fat grafting is fickle. Frozen fat would not be expected to have the same viability as freshly harvested fat. A better strategy would be to harvest only the amount of fat that is being transferred in the same setting.
